Myers, Boebel & Macleod L.L.P. is a law firm headquartered in the southwest “Lakes” region of Minneapolis. The firm’s founding partners Nicholas S. Boebel and Aaron A. Myers spent a combined 11 years at Robins, Kaplan, Miller & Ciresi L.L.P. before teaming up to found Myers & Boebel L.L.P. In April 2007, Niall A. MacLeod joined the firm from Robins, Kaplan, Miller & Ciresi L.L.P. as a name partner. In April 2008, Misti N. Okerlund joined the firm as Of Counsel.  The firm’s attorneys have all successfully litigated numerous high-profile, complex intellectual property and commercial cases against some of the world’s largest companies and most prestigious law firms.

Aaron is a founding partner of the firm.  Prior to founding the firm, he spent five years practicing intellectual property and products liability litigation at the law firm Robins, Kaplan, Miller & Ciresi L.L.P. in Minneapolis.  He has been named a “Rising Star” in the area of intellectual property litigation by Minnesota Law & Politics every year since 2005. Aaron’s practice is focused on the representation of individuals and businesses in intellectual property, commercial, and products liability litigation.

Prior to joining the firm, he spent nearly 11 years practicing intellectual property litigation at the law firms Dorsey & Whitney and Robins, Kaplan, Miller & Ciresi L.L.P. in Minneapolis. Over the past decade, Niall has successfully litigated highly-complex intellectual property cases involving software and medical devices.  Niall’s practice is focused on the representation of individuals and businesses in intellectual property and commercial litigation.

Misti serves as Of Counsel for the firm.  Before joining the firm, Misti practiced law for over seven years in the intellectual property litigation department at Robins, Kaplan, Miller & Ciresi L.L.P. in Minneapolis.  Misti has extensive experience litigating complex patent infringement, breach of contract, and trade secret lawsuits involving diverse technologies such as medical devices and procedures, magnetic resonance imaging machines, and computer hardware and software.  Misti was named a Rising Star by Minnesota Law & Politics in the area of intellectual property litigation in 2005, 2009, and 2010. Misti’s practice is focused on the representation of businesses and individuals in intellectual property and commercial litigation.
